Introducing ROC Garden Repurposing Site: A new initiative by ROC Garden Services in #Blackpool

ROC Garden Services has started breaking new ground at their new site, and the team is excited to announce the launch of their latest initiative – ROC Garden Repurposing Site. The site will be a space for green waste recycling, and it is being created in partnership with Wickes, Blackpool Council, and the Fylde Memorial Arboretum.

The team is working hard to prepare the new boundaries, move heavy stones and get the site ready for installing new bays. The ROC Garden Repurposing Site will be fitted with an eco-shipping container, bays for composting, chipping, and sorting, as well as provide even more volunteering and work placement opportunities in the town.

The ROC Garden Repurposing Site won’t be open for public use, but all the green waste that will be recycled and repurposed will be given away for free to benefit the local community. To begin with, this will include compost, mulch, wood chip, and firewood.

If you have a passion for composting and want to get involved, the team at ROC Garden Services would love your help. You can get in touch with them to learn more about volunteering opportunities and how you can make a difference.

If you need woodchip or compost for your garden, ROC Garden Services will have you covered. They have announced that they will be giving away compost, mulch, wood chip, and firewood for free, so keep an eye out for when it’s ready, and don’t hesitate to let them know if you need any.

ROC Garden Repurposing Site is an exciting new initiative that will benefit the local community and help promote a more sustainable way of life. If you’re interested in following their progress, make sure to like their page for more updates.
