[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]Since the launch of ROC in Northern Ireland on May 9th 2012 there has been lots of activity in developing the ROC model. We are grateful to Keith Mitchell and Jonny Campbell for coordinating ROC developments in NI over the last twelve months. Now the baton is passing on to Keeva Watson, who has just been appointed as the ROC NI projects manager.
Keeva has over seven years’ experience in church-based youth and community work and has recently graduated with a 1st Class degree in Community Development which has included academic learning and practical experience in community development. She has built up skills and knowledge of local social issues through her youth and community work as well the academic study through her degree.
She also worked as a Family Worker in Cavehill Methodist Church, and has been responsible for the development of a number of new community based initiatives, involving a variety of agencies.
Keeva formally started at Easter and we are delighted to have her on board and to see how ROC will further develop in Northern Ireland.
