Making a Purchase
We use Paypal as our payment processor, accepting most major credit and debit cards.
Your card will be billed as REDEEMING OUR COMMUNITIES.
Shipping and handling rates are dependent on what you buy and where the items are to be sent. You will be notified of the cost of shipping during the checkout process. Most items do not have P&P included in the basic price, to allow us to offer discounts for multiple items (ie most of our orders). We aim to dispatch goods to you within 7 days. If there is likely to be a problem with this, we will inform you by email as soon as possible. You may inform us at this point if you wish to cancel your order.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive, this means customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days, and we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item (excluding P&P).
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address above. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any). Then send the package to the address above.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
When ordering goods from us for delivery outside of this country you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Credit Card Security
Credit card payments are processed by Paypal (www.paypal.com). This is a leading international company, using strong encryption and security measures. Your credit card details are not passed to ROC.
We do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our web site, policies, and these Conditions of Sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Conditions of Sale in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
